HB411 allows municipalities to opt in to go to 100% renewable electricity by 2030. We are working with the Sierra Club, HEAL Utah, Action Utah, and Utah Clean Energy to open up conversations with mayors and city council members from other likely municipalities.
Salt Lake City, Park City, Moab, Cottonwood Heights, and Summit County are expected to opt in. We have active efforts in Holladay, Ivins, Millcreek, Ogden, Sandy, and South Jordan to bring them in to the 100% clean energy club.
