More HB411 news

We have unconfirmed reports of Bluffdale and Emigration Canyon passing clean electricity resolutions before the deadline. If this is correct, that would bring the number of municipalities to 23 and the total population covered to about 857,000. More information to follow as soon as we are able to confirm it.
