Clean Air Caucus carbon pricing discussion

The June meeting of the Clean Air Caucus featured a great discussion about climate change and carbon pricing led by Dr. Patrick Belmont from Utah State. Until recently the Clean Air Caucus focused only on air pollution and avoided the topic of climate change. It's fantastic to see that changing now, partly as a result of all of our efforts.
