HB411 Updates

Holladay and Cottonwood Heights both passed their HB411 resolutions last week! They join Salt Lake City, Park City, and Moab in the 100% renewable club. Holladay becomes the first city to join that did not already have a 100% renewable target in place. Congratulations to everyone who lobbied the city council on this!
