Senator Anderegg's Energy Production Financing Amendments (aka securitization) was released and heard for the first time in the October interim session. This bill would give Rocky Mountain Power financial tools to allow them to recover costs if they choose to retire the coal plants early. This is going to be a very important clean energy bill in the 2020 session. Residents of northern Utah County (SD-13) please contact Senator Anderegg and let him know that you support this bill. janderegg@le.utah.gov 801-901-3580
