More HB411 cities sign on

Bluffdale, Emigration Canyon, and Ivins all passed clean electricity resolutions just before the deadline. That brings the number of municipalities to 24 and the total population covered to 860,000. This is a massive signal in favor of clean energy from across the state. We will be using this in conversations with our state and federal legislators.
