Scalise Amendment vote

On July 19th, the House of Representatives passed H. Con. Res. 119, an anti-carbon tax resolution. Rob Bishop, Chris Stewart and John Curtis voted 'yes'. Mia Love joined five other Republicans in voting 'no'. We had hoped to get at least one other Utah representative on the 'no' side, but it's still worth celebrating the guts it took for Mia Love to vote on the environmental side in such a small group.
