US Council of Mayors passes carbon pricing resolution

This is big news nationally for carbon pricing. The US Council of Mayors represents cities in the US larger than 30,000 people. The resolution was led by Salt Lake City Mayor Jackie Biskupski. Credit to Tyler Poulsen from the Salt Lake City Sustainability Department for seeing this through.
